In this episode will be 'diving' into the joys of swimming in the sea in Weston with Claire Trevor-Roper, CoDirector of Mudlarks and Karen Barry, one of the founding members of the Wild Swimming group the Supermares!
Our guests share their expert knowledge on taking a dip in Weston's waters as well as some valuable advice on swimming safely when it comes to navigating the town’s powerful tidal changes.

- Weston Marine Lake as a safe place for year-round swimmers, paddleboarders, kayakers, canoeists and families.
- The creation of the Mudlarks group who are instrumental in the renovation of the marine lake
